DateDNA is a self-reflection and educational product. It is not medical advice, therapy, a clinical assessment, or a guarantee of compatibility or relationship outcomes.

Digital report

A successful one-time payment unlocks a personalized digital report generated from the answers submitted during the quiz. You may save the report for personal use. You may not resell, republish, or commercially distribute it.

Availability

We aim to keep access reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability on every device or browser. If payment succeeds and the report cannot be recovered, contact [email protected] with the Stripe receipt.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed according to applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the purchase. Contact us with your receipt and a description of the issue.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, misuse the checkout, or access another person's purchase information.
